You will save money and your health with out sugar, carbon and other ingredients in a soda.

Stress, depression, and anxiety: All of these are things that a person should really work on and think about to reduce stress, depression and anxiety in their life. Not only is it harming you, it is causing stress to the heart. We need to learn to live with these things and learn to relax.

Essential Guide To Organizing Your Home

Do you shudder when you think of people coming over to visit unannounced? Do you panic when you get a message on your answering machine that family is coming—and they left 4 hours ago (and it’s a 5 hour trip)?

Do you try to “clean” before your cleaning lady comes? Can you not afford a cleaning lady and try to do it yourself, ending up discouraged, frustrated, and thinking it’s just impossible?

The real key here is to take it a step at a time. Take it at your own pace. This IS a fight that you CAN and WILL win! You will have to commit to having less “stuff” if your home and letting go of the sacred-cows you’ve hung on to for all these years (but please note that these cows haven’t lifted a finger to help you get organized or clean—they only collect dust and take up space!). This isn’t having “Clean Sweep” come to your home and do the work for you—it’s all *your* work.

Don't worry. It can all be done in a few minutes each day. Yes, you, too can occupy a relatively clean environment as long as you relax and let go of "it's-got-to-be-perfect-itis".

Ready for step one? Good. We're going to declutter first - set a timer and put on some energizing music to get you going. Decide that you're only going to declutter for 15 minutes in one certain room. Then if you want to work longer, say, another round of 15 minutes, you can. But you don't have to. This helps you get motivated, even when you feel like cleaning is the last thing you'd want to tackle. Yep- psyche yourself out.

Go from room to room one day, just decluttering - 15 minutes in each room. Some rooms might take only five minutes - there's a good feeling! Others might take 30 minutes before you can walk through the room without tripping over something. It'll all average out.

Then on day two, go back to your first room and surface clean. Wipe off counters, sinks, flat surfaces. Then spot vacuum. If there's a stain on the kitchen floor, spot clean that baby. Day three, pick another room. Day four, still another. If you’re so motivated one day and get on a roll, surface clean two rooms.

After you’ve decluttered, we’re going to take fifteen minutes a day and do some deeper cleaning in each room. You know, vacuuming thoroughly, dusting, swatting away cobwebs, etc.

Now, if you just repeat this simple schedule, you've got a house that would at least make the grade on a pass-fail system. That takes a load off your mind and alleviates stress in your family relationships.

Remember, it’s better to do a little each day and get the job done, than to stress out in an embarrassingly cluttered environment because you’re too overwhelmed to even start. Go ahead – set that timer!

Parenting: How To Raise Great Kids

Includes 75 Answers To Your Biggest Parenting Questions

Sample of Parenting Tips Inside This E-book:

1. How should I deal with my child being a bully? It is important to realize that nearly one in ten children are victimized by bullies and that bullying is a very serious problem that should not be taken lightly. Start by determining how your child is bullying others. The most common type of bullying is physical; punching, pushing, kicking, etc. However, a child may be teasing other children, calling them names or otherwise verbally assaulting them. Once you have determined the type of bullying, you need to make it completely clear to your child that the behavior is unacceptable. Then, you need to find out the reason that your child has become a bully. Talking to your child may lead to him or her giving you an explanation, however in many cases it is a good idea to involve a professional counselor who is specially trained to work with bullying children.

2. What should I do when another child bully’s mine? So many parents tell their children to ignore bullies, and to look the other way rather than react. However, it is never advisable to let bullying go, because it will never just “go away”. In some cases, it may not even be apparent to you that your child is being bullied because bullied children are often afraid to tell an adult what is happening. When you suspect that bullying is an issue, talk to your child and school officials. Getting the teachers and school administrators involved will make them aware of the problem and you can work together to find a solution.

8. What should I do to stop my child’s lying? Young children do not know the difference between right and wrong and fantasy and reality. So, why would you expect them to know the difference between the truth and a lie? The best way to handle lying is to start at a very young age, impressing upon your child that the most important rule is that they always tell you the truth. You should explain to your child the reasons why lying is a bad behavior – and never let your child go unpunished when you catch them in a lie. It is important to be consistent, and to let your child know that lying is NEVER acceptable. And be sure to reinforce this by setting a good example. You can’t expect your child to listen to you if you’re caught in a lie!

11. How can I help my child develop self-esteem? Some children seem to be born with a high self-esteem. Yet others seem to continuously struggle through childhood with a very low self-esteem. Somewhere in between lies a balance, and that is what most parents hope to help their children achieve. If you want your child to have a healthy sense of self-esteem, you need to give him or her positive feedback at every opportunity. You can do this by providing your child with the chance to participate in activities where they are able to excel. Then be sure to celebrate your child’s accomplishments, even the small ones.

12. What can I do to make sure my child is eating healthy? It is easy to make sure that your pre-schooler is eating healthy because you’re responsible for all of their meals and snacks. The difficulty begins when your child starts school, and you no longer have control over what they are eating and when. If you start teaching your child how to make healthy food choices from an early age, you are setting your child up for a lifetime of healthy eating habits. Keep plenty of fruits and vegetables on hand for healthy snacking, and restrict refined sugar as much as possible from day one.

Leveraging Your Business

As we all know, the way businesses were done before has totally changed in our age. Technology has totally changed the way we look at business methods in terms of marketing, execution, service and other related aspects. The computers have become a lifeline of our business and day-to-day lives. With the help of the latest software applications, computers can execute the work of more than 5 to 6 people and indirectly provide with a great amount of time and financial savings.

Nowadays, people are using emails, blogs and websites as a means of communication which helps us to save time and money, it also helps our customers to know about our service as and when they want. Customer service has become far better due to technological advancements.

In this 21st century, even the way we promote our business has totally changed due to change in thinking of buyers. For example, earlier we used to depend on paper ads but now this is getting changed drastically by the use of online classified ads, TV and radio and ads many other new options that have become available for us to promote our products and services.

Previously, it would be very difficult to get to know how a particular business operates and how they are performing in their business. Hence, it was difficult for businesspeople to keep an eye on each other. However, that has now become possible through the various means available on the Internet.

Companies can find out about the tastes of people at the click of a mouse and can thus hone their products so that they become better acceptable to their market. This has direct bearing on the kinds of profits they make. All this was not possible with businesses earlier. Businesspeople were more or less shooting in the dark, guessing what people would like and play accordingly.

Identify Business Opportunities

The first step of any successful business is to find out about the quality of the business opportunity you are planning to start. You should know what you must look for.

The following are a few qualities that you need to check before you start any business. There are more, of course, but these are the ones that you should absolutely not miss out on:

1. The business should have enough targeted customer base. Now, what do we mean by that? Let‟s say you are planning to start a home-based business. You will need to look for a business that is more in demand. Where need is high and supply is less, you can have a better scope of success. Take the example of SEO opportunities for freelancers. You can do this from home without any high investment. In this niche, the requirement on your part is very high and you are bound to do well if you put in the right effort, because the professionals here are fewer. You need such an opportunity.

2. The business should have a good breakeven point. If your business doesn‟t have that, then you need to have large amount of working capital. Making a project report that tells how much you will have to put in and how much you will get from the business, and when, is a great idea.

3. Your interest in the business you start is highly important. There are many people who start a business looking at its potential, but don‟t reach the level they desire, primarily because they don‟t have much interest in the business itself.

4. Before starting with the business opportunity, see to it that you get proper resources on time, like manpower, guidance, consulting, financial credit if needed, infrastructure, etc.

5. Check before only if your business is over competitive or over in demand, if competitiveness is very high it will be difficult for you to get established in the business soon.
So, in summary, you need to check out all the pluses and minuses of the business opportunity before you plan to start anything. Once you start, it can get very difficult to stop. Being forewarned is being better-armed.

How To Use Words To Sell

One of the most powerful tools in your sales arsenal is the informed and judicious use of words and terminology. Words have the ability to entice a prospect, hold the attention of the potential buyer, and ultimately result in the establishment of a relationship that not only results in a sale today, but helps to create other sales activity in the future.
